PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material whose characteristic as a transistor is sufficient and whose secular deterioration is suppressed, and to provide an organic thin film transistor using the material, a field effect transistor and a switching element. SOLUTION: In the organic semiconductor material, a compound which is not organometallic complex but has a colorant frame is shown by a general formula D-(R)n (In formula, D shows colorant frame, R shows soluble unit and (n) shows one or more integers).
