PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof board which does not need a large space as a storage place for the waterproof board, and does not need much labor for use in an emergency. SOLUTION: This waterproof board 1 comprises: an accordion air fence 5 which is housed in a recess formed in the floor surface of an entrance; a pump device for air which expands or contracts the air fence 5 by making gas sucked into the air fence 5 or discharged from the air fence 5; a water-level detector for detecting a water level near an entrance; and a controller which expands or contracts the air fence 5 by tripping a switch of the water-level detector so as to drive the pump device for air.
