PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber structure extremely reducing the elusion of specific ionic substances from the insides of the fibers on drying or on the impregnation of a solvent such as water or a lower alcohol, which is a problem on wipers for clean rooms. SOLUTION: The cellulosic fiber structure, preferably a cellulosic nonwoven fabric, is characterized in that the contents of specific ions in the fibers are≤9,000μg/kg, respectively, and the method for producing the cellulosic fiber structure is characterized by treating the fiber structure with supercritical or high-pressure carbon dioxide as a medium.
