PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material capable of being used in a wide range uses and obtained by imparting high transparency and impact absorptivity in addition to excellent heat resistance and weather resistance held by silicone. SOLUTION: This polysiloxane composition consists mainly of (a) at least 1 kind of alkoxy group-containing tri-functional silicone oligomers, (b) at least 1 kind of divalent silicone oligomers containing silanol group, (c) an organometallic compound expressed by: M(OR4)p(R5COCHCOR6) [wherein, M is zirconium, titanium or aluminum; R4, R5are the same or different and are each a 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbon group; R6is a 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbon group similar to the R4, R5, or a 1-16C alkoxy; (p), (q) are each 0-4 integer; and (p+q) is an atomic valence of the M] and (d) water.
