PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable aqueous dispersion (suspension) of fine hydrotalcite powder and a polymer blend composition produced by using the dispersion, containing an unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene rubber and a vinyl chloride resin and having high heat stability. SOLUTION: The hydrotalcite suspension having a hydrotalcite concentration of 5-40 wt.% is composed of 100 pts.wt. of hydrotalcite, 3-20 pts.wt. of a surfactant, 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a dispersing agent, and water. The polymer blend composition is produced by mixing the suspension, an unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene rubber latex and a vinyl chloride resin latex, coagulating the mixture and drying the product. The mixing ratio of the rubber in the unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene rubber latex to the resin in the vinyl chloride resin latex is 90/10 to 40/60 by weight. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
