PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix an instrument panel to a blowout duct by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this cabin device, a steering wheel is provided to be located in front of a driver's seat on a front part side of a cabin chamber, and the blowout duct for blowing air-conditioned air delivered from an air conditioner body is provided. A blowout port is provided in the blowout duct, and an instrument panel is provided to cover the blowout duct from the outside. In the instrument panel, an opening for blowout corresponding to the blowout port is provided. A cylindrical blowout cylinder is inserted into the blowout port of the blowout duct and the opening for blowout of the instrument panel to communicate the inside of the blowout duct with the outside.
