PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled liner of an unvulcanized strip-shape rubber member which minimizes the reel winding diameter of the rolled liner on the take-up side and also a dedicated space for storage. SOLUTION: The rolled liner R is constituted of a loaded strip 13 formed of a plate material of an aluminum alloy (alloys of A3,000, A5,000 and A6,000 series) and uneven-shape spacer parts 14a and 14b installed on both edge parts, in the width direction, of a take-up side surface of the load 13. The spacer parts 14a and 14b are continuously formed in a part of the core tube (a take-up roll 12a) side of the loaded strip 13, in more concrete terms, an intermediate layer in the vicinity of the core tube side. The spacer parts 14a and 14b are continuously installed on the core tube side of the loaded strip 13 or at the intermediate layer near the core tube, as shown by Fig. 2 or may be installed intermittently. In addition, the spacer parts 14a and 14b are installed within the range of 20 to 75%, preferably 30 to 65% of the overall length (60 to 100 m in this embodiment mode) of the loaded strip 13.
