PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus, which has an inexpensive and space saving constitution and is capable of adjusting parallelism between an LF roller and a CR shaft and parallelism between a face of a delivering hole of a head and a platen. SOLUTION: A single butting member with an inclined face is provided on one end of the CR shaft, and the CR shaft is brought into contact with the inclined face to adjust the parallelism between the LF roller and the CR shaft, and the CR shaft is brought into contact with a non-inclined face of the butting member to adjust the parallelism between the face of the delivering hole and the platen.
