PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transfer implement which keeps a head for coating film transfer disposed rotatably in a holder tube and also disposed restorably and which is so excellent in operability and convenience that enables a user to perform accurate transfer without being aware of the horizontality of a transfer object surface. SOLUTION: In the coating film transfer implement, the head 4f for coating film transfer is disposed rotatably in the holder tube and also disposed restorably. The head 4f for coating film transfer rotates, undergoing rotational regulation to some degree, and becomes parallel to the transfer object surface. By this rotation of the head 4f for coating film transfer, transfer is always made to be along the transfer object surface.
