PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking line drawer capable of transposing a proper quantity of ink to a snapping line via an outer layer from an inner layer, without requiring difficult operation, by aiming at the marking line drawer having a rotary ink storage body having the inner layer for storing the ink and the outer layer for transposing the ink to the snapping line. SOLUTION: This marking line drawer has the rotary ink storage body 5 in a case body A. The ink storage body 5 has the inner layer 6a for storing the ink and the outer layer 6b for transposing the ink to the snapping line 2, and has a valve 7 for forming a partition wall 5b having an ink feeding hole 5c between the inner layer 6a and the outer layer 6b and energized by an elastic member 32 so that the ink feeding hole 5c is put in an opening state. The case body A comprises a lever 8 for displacing the valve 7 so that the ink feeding hole 5c is put in an opening state by contacting with the valve 7 in response to rotation of the ink storage body 5.
