PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp mechanism capable of clamping a sandwiching object in a stable state, regardless of a shape of the plate-like sandwiching object such as a work. SOLUTION: This clamp mechanism is composed of a receiving part 2 arranged in a frame body 1, and a clamp part 5 arranged on the tip of a clamp arm 4 rotatably arranged in the frame body 1; and has a spherical surface-shaped receiving piece 3 in the receiving part 2.
