PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive material composition which has adhesion power, cohesive power or holding property and tackiness and is excellent in detachability as well, and a medical adhesive material using the adhesive material composition. SOLUTION: The adhesive material composition is composed of the excellent compounding ratio of acrylic polymer and organosiloxane polymer, and the medical adhesive material uses the adhesive material composition. Specifically, the adhesive material composition contains 100 pts.wt. of polymer components constituted of the acrylic polymer mainly composed of (meta) acrylic ester and the organosiloxane polymer in the compounding ratio of 0.1:99.9 to 50:50, and 0.1-50 pts.wt. of organosiloxane resin, and the medical adhesive material uses the adhesive material composition.
