PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved method and device for subjecting a raw material to intraparticle flash flow processing or liquiflash processing in a spinner head. SOLUTION: A spinning machine has a spinner head (10) having a chamber (25) for receiving a raw material, and a plurality of separate heating elements (20) forming the boundary of the chamber. The heating elements form space between the heating elements adjacent to each other. The machine further has a means of individually heating the heating elements selected among the heating elements to a temperature hot enough to process the raw material, and a means of rotating the spinner head so as to discharge the raw material from the chamber through space between the heating elements.
