The television receiver has a tuner circuit (31) which modulates the television signals and sends them to a control circuit (32). The control circuit (32) processes the signals and sends them to a screen driver (33). The screen driver sends the signals with a driver signal via a connector (34) to the monitor (40). A current supply unit (35) provides current internally to the television.
