<p>The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the pistonless (sealingless) cryogenic fluid supercharging into technologic areas, for example, for the subsequent gasification thereof at a high and ultra-high pressure. The inventive bellows cryogenic supercharger is embodied in the form of two (or more) mirrorlikely coupled membrane-diaphragm bellows (19*, 23*), one of which (19*) charges a cryogenic fluid and is connected to a corresponding hydraulic system and the other (23*) is used in the form of a power drive for carrying out the charging process and is connected to the gas space of a charged fluid gasification area through control valves. The second bellows(23*) is embodied in the form of the power drive in such a way that the working area thereof (S<SUB>1</SUB>) is larger than the corresponding working area (S<SUB>2</SUB>) of the liquid cryogenic bellows coupled therewith. Said bellows are heat-insulated, rigidly connected to each other by the external fixed sides thereof by means of screw clamps (13) and are separated from each other in the middle movable section by a load-bearing plate (22) which performs a pressure transformation function in the case of the relatively increased size of the gas driven bellows. Said invention makes it possible to design a simple and reliable bellows supercharger adapted for operating in specific conditions with cryogenic and highly sterile fluids.</p> |
