FIELD: converter engineering mainly of transport designation, applicable, in particular, for an electrorolling stock with semiconductor converters fed from the AC power mains. ^ SUBSTANCE: the semiconductor converter of a vehicle fed from the AC power mains has a bridge rectifier connected to the leads of the secondary winding of the traction transformer, whose primary winding is connected to the power supply mains. The load - the smoothing reactor, windings of the armature and excitation of the traction motor - is connected to the rectifier output. The smoothing reactor is made with two magnet-coupled windings - the main and auxiliary ones, the main winding of the smoothing reactor is series-connected to the traction motor. The capacitor, buffer valve and the switching unit are series-connected and connected to the rectifier output. The shunting diode is connected in parallel with the capacitor, and the series-connected charging diode and the auxiliary winding of the smoothing reactor are also connected in parallel with the capacitor. ^ EFFECT: enhanced power factor of the electric locomotive due to reduced duration of switching in the rectifier transformer. ^ 4 dwg |
