<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative braking control unit of a vehicle capable of attaining regenerative braking control for maintaining stability of vehicle behavior while suppressing excessive limitation on regenerative braking amount, when the centroid of vehicle is shifted. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle provided with a regenerative braking control means for regenerative braking only with left and right wheels among front and rear wheels based on deceleration request operation, comprises a centroid position estimating means (step S2) for estimating the position of centroid of the vehicle. The regenerative braking control means limits the amount of regenerative braking to suppress changes of vehicle behavior characteristics caused by shifting of centroid position when detecting the fact that the estimated centroid position is shifted from a reference centroid position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
