<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention system which manages persons coming into a building or room and finds a dubious person in architecture such as a building where unspecified persons come into a building or room. <P>SOLUTION: The crime prevention system is provided with a plurality of cameras installed inside and outside the architecture to photograph a face image of a person coming into the architecture, a feature extracting part for extracting a feature amount from each face image data acquired by the cameras, a feature comparing and determining part for comparing face image data with each other in a feature amount to determine whether to be one and the same person, and an image management part for managing a plurality of pieces of face image data determined to be one and the same person time sequentially and registering, extracting and eliminating the face image data to/from the database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
