<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise selling system which is improved in convenience. <P>SOLUTION: Merchandise ordered by a user whose access from a mobile phone 2 to a store HP4 is authenticated by an authenticating means 5 based on ID and password registered in an existing store 6 when the user visits the existing store 6 is sold at a window 7 open even at the time over the business hours of the existing store 6. Thus, it is possible for the user who has difficulty in visiting the existing store 6 within the business hours of the existing store 6 due to his or her overtime work to order the merchandise from the mobile phone 2, and to purchase it at the window 7.
