PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a painting tool which is fixed in a fixed position and can be swiveled through 360 degrees. SOLUTION: In the painting tool capable of swiveling through 360 degree comprising a base having a pad mounted thereto, a portion protruded upward and threaded on a base, and having a recessed part and a socket; and a handle having a ball at one end for meshing with the socket. A threaded nut joins the ball to the socket. A tab is provided to the base and the pad can be fixed in a predetermined position.
