PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for a hollow form panel, and the hollow form panel with the cap for preventing concrete from flowing into the hollow form panel and capable of arranging vertical battens along the back face of the hollow form panel. SOLUTION: The cap 20 of approximately plane shape mounted to the hollow form panel 10 having a hollow sheathing board part 12 with one side used as a concrete placing face 11, and a plurality of hollow stiffener parts 14 provided at the back face 13 of the concrete placing face 11 of the sheathing board part 12, seals the open end face of the hollow form panel 10. Cut-out guides 25 for providing cutout parts for allowing passing of the vertical batten members arranged along the back face 13 of the sheathing board part 12 of the hollow form panel 10 are formed at portions other than a sealing part for sealing the open end face of the hollow form panel 10.
