PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sealing apparatus of a permanent magnet excellent in the productivity and workability and enabling an inexpensive work. SOLUTION: The resin sealing apparatus has a carrier tray 16 for loading a rotor laminated core 12; a lower mold 17 for placing the rotor laminated core 12 loaded to the carrier tray 16 and provided with a first heating means upwardly heating and elevating the rotor laminated core 12, a second heating means for downwardly heating the rotor laminated core 12; a plurality of pots 19 for receiving a raw material 18 of a resin member 15; an upper mold 21 provided with a flow path 20 for introducing the resin member 15 into a magnet inserting hole 13 and elevated by an elevation of the lower mold 17, a fixed pedestal 22 disposed above the upper mold 21 with a gap G when the upper mold 21 locates at a lower limit position, a plurality of plungers 23 for penetrating the fixed pedestal 22 and pressing the resin member 15 cast into the pots 19, and a stopper 24 for holding the upper mold 21 at an upper limit position.
