PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent rotating device with the aim of supplying clean energy as a substitute for oil. SOLUTION: A permanent rotating device using magnetic force and gravity comprises a rotary table mounting a plurality of movable magnets having a certain movable area therearound, a guide rail for guiding the movement of the movable magnets, and fixed magnets that repulse movable magnets, thus generating rotational force.
