PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animation generation device capable of performing accurate calibration even when an actual action delays as compared with a model action. SOLUTION: The device for generating an animation by detecting user's movement is provided with a sensor measurement value input part 60 for respectively receiving a plurality of sensor measurement values from a plurality of sensors for detecting the user's movement, a calibration part 40 for presenting the model action, correcting temporal delay of the plurality of sensor measurement values when the user imitates the model action and performs calibration of the plurality of sensors on the basis of the plurality of sensor measurement values subjected to delay correction, and an animation generation part 50 for generating an animation corresponding to the model action on the basis of the plurality of sensor measurement values after the calibration.
