PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite display unit of new constitution applicable to various applications. SOLUTION: Numeral 65 is a sheet-like or plate-like electronic display means or a non-electronic display means making lightweight by thinning thickness by the electronic display means. They are laminated by a holding means 62 and openably widely held. An outside cover member 60 is provided with a power supply means for supplying electric power to the electronic display means. Numeral 67 is an information input means for controlling information displayed by the electronic display means 65. The information input means performs the optimum display in just proportion to display-desired information by properly selecting the display means and since the display is performed while being controlled by the information input means.
