PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide functional film for pasting whose pasting work efficiency is satisfactory and positioning accuracy of a pasting position is satisfactory, and by which intrusion of the air is suppressed. SOLUTION: The functional film 10 for pasting is pasted to the pasting face of an object to be pasted to express functions such as prevention of light reflection and ultraviolet ray absorption. In the functional film 10, a functional layer 12 is provided to one face of base film 11, a protection layer 14 is provided on the functional layer 12 across a third adhesive layer 13, a first adhesive layer 15 is provided to the other face, and a stripping layer 16 is provided on the first adhesive layer 15. Furthermore, the film 10 is provided with a positioning seal 18 which is adhered to a peripheral part other than the pasting face of the object for pasting in a strippable manner and is used as a temporary locking part for performing temporary locking.
