PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failure of wiring covered by a sealing material. SOLUTION: A first substrate 10 and a second substrate are stuck by a sealing material 30. First wiring 51 is formed on a surface of the first substrate 10, facing the second substrate 20. A first insulating layer 61 covers the first wiring 51. Second wiring 52 is formed on a face of the first insulating layer 61. The second wiring 52 has a first portion 521 situated within a sealing region As covered by the sealing material 30 and a second portion 522 facing the first wiring 51 across the first insulating layer 61 in a region Aa other than the sealing region As.
