摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the miniaturization of an imaging apparatus and then to prevent the deterioration of image quality. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is equipped with: a lens barrel 10 in which an imaging optical system is arranged; a pair of light quantity adjusting blades 16 and 17 moved to translate in a direction where they separate/contact each other and opening/shutting a transmission hole 28a being the optical path of the imaging optical system so as to adjust light quantity; and the light quantity control filter 27 opening/shutting an aperture formed by the pair of light quantity adjusting blades subjected to translational movement and controlling the light quantity. Then, a linear straight part 27a and a notch 27b notched to be recessed with respect to the straight part are formed on one side edge of the light quantity control filter. When the light quantity control filter is moved to a shut state where the aperture is shut from an open state where the aperture is made open, the straight part and the notch are located in the aperture until attaining a predetermined position from the open state, and only the notch is located in the aperture until attaining the shut state from the predetermined position.
