PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-adhesive elastomer roller capable of suppressing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A basic material is cylindrical and is made of elastomer in which silicon and hollow minute ball polymers are blended. A surface of the basic material is polished. The elastomer has hardness of JIS A of 20 to 70 Hs. The hollow minute ball polymer has outside diameter of 10 to 200 micrometers and is coated with inactive inorganic fine particles.
