PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology for unidimensionally arranging a metallic nanoparticle in a solution. SOLUTION: An aprotic polar solvent solution or an alkaline aqueous solution includingβ-1, 3-glucan (for example, schizophyllan) of one chain and a water-dispersing liquid of the metallic nanoparticle are mixed. A unidimensional chain complex supposed to take the metallic nanoparticle in a hydrophobic inside space ofβ-1, 3-glucan is provided, and is applied to, for example, a gold nanoparticle as the metallic nanoparticle.
