PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new working method and a device therefor for performing drawing, piercing and burring in one process. SOLUTION: A punch 5 is pressed toward the inside of a cylinder 3a in a die 3, thus a work 4 is subjected to burring. Further, the punch 5 is cylindrically composed, the inside of the cylinder 5a is provided with a punch 6 so as to freely advance/retreat, and the inside of the cylinder 3a in the die 3 is provided with a die 7 at which a cylinder 7a into which the punch 6 is inserted is formed so as to freely advance/retreat. Then, the punch 5 is pressed into the cylinder 3a in the die 3, so as to perform the drawing of a work 4, the punch 6 is pressed into the cylinder 7a in the die 7 after the drawing, so as to perform the piercing of the work 4, and the punch 5 is further pressed into the cylinder 3a in the die 3, so as to perform the burring of the work 4.
