MAGNESIUM-BASED MATERIAL PROCESSED PRODUCT AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnesium-based material processed product which can be produced with good productivity without variation in quality and its production method. SOLUTION: The production method of the magnesium-based material processed product includes a raw material heating process of heating a raw material sheet composed of the magnesium-based material up to the raw material sheet temperature set by a uniform heating means, a die heating process of heating a press die up to the set die temperature, and a press forming process of press forming the raw material sheet by the press die in the state of keeping the raw material sheet at the set raw material temperature and a super hard die at the set die temperature. The method includes a raw material sheet straightening process of straightening the warping of the raw material sheet by a warping straightening means prior to heating by the uniform heating means.
