PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that conventionally, since in a weeding device for weeding furrow grooves by rotary plowing claws arranged in up and down direction, the weeds are apt to wind around its driving shaft, it becomes necessary to take time and labor for removing the wound weeds after weeding works. SOLUTION: This device for weeding is equipped with a transmission case 6 having a build-in transmission mechanism at the rear part of a riding husbandry machine as freely lifting up and down and driving shafts 7, 7 arranged in left and right direction at the lower part of the case 6, and supporting plate-shaped cutters 17, 17... arranged around the driving shafts 7, 7 in left and right direction. Also, at the front direction of the transmission case 6, a covering member 22 covering the front direction of the case 6 and also being extended up to the rear direction of the driving shaft 7, while making a contact with the surface of soil, is installed.
