The invention relates to a control system (8), for the control of data-processing software modules (4, 5, 6, 7), whereby the data is organized into files comprising data sets and the processing occurs in several sequential processing sections and in a processing section the files are each processed by at least one software module (4, 5, 6, 7), characterised in that the control system (8) compares recorded information signalled by the software modules (4, 5, 6, 7) of the various processing sections about the processed data amongst themselves and with planned values and generates an acoustic and/or optical alarm for an operator when the control system (8) determines a maximum permissible deviation has been exceeded.
