METHOD FOR THE CONTROL OF SOFTWARE MODULES

The invention relates to a method for control of data-processing software modules (4, 5, 6, 7), whereby the data for processing is organised in files and the processing occurs in several sequential processing sections and the files are processed by at least one software module (4, 5, 6, 7) in a processing section. According to the invention, the continuation and spread of anomalies occurring during the processing in the software modules (4, 5, 6, 7) into subsequent processing sections may be avoided, whereby in the software modules (4, 5, 6, 7) of the processing sections, information about the processed data is recorded and signalled to a control system (8) which compares the signalled information and stops the processing in a subsequent processing step if during the comparison of the information it is determined that a given permitted maximum deviation is exceeded.
