A threaded jaw assembly comprising 2 threaded jaws (1, 2), where parts of periphery of the threaded jaws form two sharpened edges and the threaded jaws are flexibly attached to a jaw arm (3), is new. One of the sharpened edges slidingly comes in contact with a part of an inner surface of the other sharpened edge if the threaded jaws are closed, so that a section of a tissue sample is sharply separated by the sharpened edges.
