A device for selection and anonymous publication location and analysis of released coded profile information with localizations aid and selective anonymous or public signalling of measured values or profile matching and profile carrier distance. A communication unit is included for release of encoded information, and for locating and releasing encoded profile information. A matching unit (ME) is included for measuring agreement and resolution of signalling, and a position determining unit (PE) is included for establishing at least distance variation between profile carriers. A signalling unit (SE) represents various perceptible signalling possibilities for the measured results of the matching unit (ME) and positioning determining unit (PE).
