Cellulose material comprises zinc, copper, selenium and/or iron bound with the matrix material and/or absorbed on its in the amount providing granulation and revascularization processes of the wound base wherein the amount of zinc, copper, selenium and/or iron is at least 0.1 mcg/g of dry material.
