<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green chip arraying apparatus and its arraying method capable of arraying green chips on a sheath in a short time without manpower. <P>SOLUTION: This green chip arraying apparatus 1 comprises a green chip measuring portion 50, a green chip supplying portion 60 and a green chip arraying portion 70. The green chip arraying portion 70 has a frame member to which the sheath for baking can be fixed, an eccentric rotor mounted rotatably to the frame member, and a motor. The green chip measuring portion 60 measures a prescribed amount of green chips. The green chip supplying portion 60 supplies the measured green chip to the sheath for baking.
