<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output cutoff circuit capable of cutting off an output voltage instantly when a voltage to be monitored such as a power supply voltage drops while suppressing current consumption. <P>SOLUTION: When a power supply voltage Vcc which is to be monitored drops, a charge voltage Vc of a capacitor 9 turns an N channel MOSFET10 on to make the output line of a signal output circuit 1 conductive to the earth, cutting off the output voltage of signal output circuit 1 instantly. When no power supply voltage Vcc drops, the N channel MOSFT10 is turned off.
