<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue resupply instructions only at a predetermined time point, and to more equalize a working load for each resupply instruction, in a packaging component resupply instruction apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging component resupply instruction method is for instructing packaging components accommodated in a tape wound around a reel and supplied to a packaging machine, by rewinding the tape from the reel. The resupply instruction is implemented with a predetermined time interval, to instruct a resupply work to be executed within an interval up to the next resupply instruction time point. The method includes a process S12 of specifying a reel of a packaging component, requiring resupply because components are exhausted before further next time point; and a process S16 of specifying a reel capable of resupplying ahead of schedule that is a reel for a packaging component, in a state where it can be supplied even though no component is exhausted, before the further next resupply time point, whereby it instructs the reel capable of resupplying ahead of schedule together with the resupply requiring reel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
