PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving semiconductor integrated circuit for constituting a synchronous rectifying-type switching regulator that prevents a backflow by exactly detecting the backflow flowing through a coil (inductance element) at light loading, and is excellent in power efficiency, by using a comparator, and also to provide a module. SOLUTION: The synchronous rectifying-type switching regulator is provided with: a backflow detection circuit (130) that detects a state wherein a current inverse to the inductance element (coil) flows; and a backflow prevention function. By constituting a synchronous rectifying switching element (SW2) of a plurality of parallel transistors, a part of the transistors is prevented from operating at the light loading.
