PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor structure capable of efficiently controlling temperature of an in-wheel motor with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the in-wheel motor 14 including a stator 22 and a motor rotor 24, the stator 22 is provided with a heat transmission member 42 capable of contacting a disc rotor 18 of a disc brake by cylinder systems 44. If the temperature of the stator 22 is higher than that of the disc rotor 18, the cylinder system 44 brings the heat transmission member 42 into contact with the disc rotor 18 when rotation of the disc rotor 18 is stopped, increases an area coming into contact with the in-wheel motor 14 and the disc brake, and makes the heat of the stator 22 transfer to the disc rotor 18, thus it operates so as to dissipate the heat.
