摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a motor operates under an operation condition at a load point out of an optimum point of the motor due to great reduction of load torque at a time of capacity change and a performance coefficient of a compressor greatly drops as a result in a hermetic electric compressor including a compression mechanism part provided with a capacity variable mechanism and an induction motor driving the compression mechanism part. SOLUTION: Drop of performance coefficient of the compressor at a time of capacity change is reduced by switchingly using the whole winding or part of winding of a main winding and an auxiliary winding interlocking with switching of capacity.
