PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the stress load of an exhaust pipe caused by the vibration of a silencer by unforcedly laying an exhaust passage in arrangement which does not interfere with a suspension device on the side of the end plate on one end side of the silencer laterally loaded on a vehicle rear part, and unforcedly arranging a flexible joint between the silencer and the exhaust pipe in a narrow space on an end plate side. SOLUTION: The silencer 8 is laterally loaded on the vehicle rear part, an exhaust introducing pipe 12 is offset to a vehicle rear side and fixed to the end plate 8a on one end side of the silencer, and a rear exhaust pipe 1 arranged through a clearance between a suspension cross 6 and a car body floor 7 is connected to the exhaust introducing pipe 12 through the flexible joint 14 arranged between a front side mount rubber 9B and a rear side mount rubber 9C in a car body side view on the side of the end plate 8a.
