PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a method capable of simply providing an environment which ameliorates symptoms of pollinosis. SOLUTION: The environment which ameliorates allergic symptoms of pollinosis is provided by spraying an aqueous composition containing in specified amounts (a) at least one member selected from among organic acids and inorganic acids which deposit as solids or films when dried and (b) an organic compound capable of forming an azeotrope with water and has an azeotropic temperature lower than 100°C when distilled with water at 1013.25 hPa and having a pH of 1 to 6 at 20°C onto an environment and drying the sprayed composition.
