PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for enhancing the utilizing efficiency of communication channels in a communication system wherein a base station 1 (master station) and a plurality of taxis 2a to 2e (slave stations) carry out communications, the communications being intermingled with communication of small amount of information but many repeated frequencies and communication of large amount of information but less repeated frequencies. SOLUTION: All the slave stations take synchronization by periodic information transmission commands 411a, 411b transmitted from the master station, and respectively transmit periodic information items 431a to 431h (communication of small amount of information but many repeated frequencies) in timings determined for the respective slave stations, and the transmission in the other timings is inhibited. In addition to above, timings when the transmission of all the slave stations is permitted are provided, and the slave stations transmits special information items 432a to 432b (communication of large amount of information but less repeated frequencies) in the timings.
