PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a printed circuit board in electronic equipment for fixing the printed circuit board in a casing while it is being inclined. SOLUTION: An inclined surface 10g inclined nearly at the same angle as the inclination of the printed circuit board 8 provided in the casing 1 is formed at the tip surface of a boss 10a. A pair of ribs 10e in which the tip surface is formed nearly at a right angle to the axis of the boss projects on the inclined surface so that the pair of ribs 10e opposes each other while holding a boss hole 10f in the boss. A long elongate hole 8b is punched in the separation direction of the rib at the side of the printed circuit board. While the elongate hole is being inserted into the rib, a fixing tool 11 inserted from the elongate hole is screw-inserted into the boss hole, thus tentatively locking the printed circuit board between a head section 11a of the fixing tool and the inclined surface. Even if the fixing tool is further clamped while the head section of the fixing tool is in contact with the tip surface of the rib, the head section of the fixing tool is crimped to the tip surface of the rib and no excessive clamping force operates on the periphery of the elongate hole of the printed circuit board.
