PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board specification determination system capable of making a standard object correspond to a requirement condition by using the standard object even when there is no standard object that fits in the requirement condition. SOLUTION: A retrieving means 11 gives the requirement condition to a standard object database DB and extracts a power distribution board configuration composed of standard object components from the standard object database DB. When the retrieving means 11 can not extract the standard object that fits in the requirement condition from the standard object database DB, a condition dividing means 10 divides the requirement condition given to the standard object database DB in a load area and gives each of the divided requirement condition to the retrieving means 11.
