PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer, printing program, printing method, image processing device, the program and the method which enable a white streak or deep one generated by a flight deflection phenomenon to be inconspicuous. SOLUTION: The printer is of ink-jet type. When dots smaller than a predetermined size continue, the dot size of either one of pixels is changed to the size not smaller than the predetermined one. Thereby, the size of the dot participating in a banding phenomenon is automatically adjusted and the white streak or deep one disappears, and then the banding phenomenon generated by the so-called flight deflection phenomenon can be canceled or almost inconspicuous.
